Susi Air adalah maskapai penerbangan Indonesia yang dioperasikan oleh PT ASI Pujiastuti Aviation dengan penerbangan berjadwal dan charter, memegang Air Operator Certificate AOC 135-028. Berdiri pada tahun 2004, Susi Air mulai beroperasi dengan 2 pesawat pada bulan Desember 2004, Operasi di Medan dimulai pada tanggal 27 Desember 2004 sebagai respons terhadap gempa bumi dan tsunami yang menghancurkan sebagian besar wilayah tersebut. Kantor pusat PT. ASI Pudjiastuti Aviation (Susi Air) berada di Jl. Merdeka 312, Pangandaran, Jawa Barat 46396.

Sejak saat itu, 2 pesawat secara permanen berbasis di Medan, dan setelah awalnya menyediakan penerbangan charter untuk organisasi bantuan, pada tahun 2006 Susi Air mulai mengembangkan rute terjadwal yang berbasis di luar Medan. 

Susi Air memiliki 20 basis operasional utama di Medan, Banda Aceh, Padang, Dabo, Bengkulu, Jakarta, Pangandaran, Palangkaraya, Samarinda, Tarakan, Malinau, Kupang, Masamba, Manokwari, Biak, Nabire, Timika, Jayapura, Wamena, dan Merauke. Operasi didukung oleh total lebih dari 140 pilot, 75 insinyur dan mekanik pesawat terbang, serta 650 staf darat dan pendukung lainnya.

1. Management Trainee General

Duties and Responsibilities :

Under the supervision of senior management, the Management Trainee (General) will be responsible for:

  • Assisting management in daily operations and strategic initiatives.
  • Supporting cross-departmental projects to improve efficiency and performance.
  • Conducting research, data analysis, and preparing reports for management decisions.
  • Participating in presentations, meetings, and management reviews.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth coordination of projects.
  • Proactively identifying opportunities for process improvements.
  • Preparing for leadership responsibilities through on-the-job training and mentorship.

Qualifications and Experience :

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any discipline from a top or reputable university.
  • Minimum GPA: 3.25/4.00 (preferred).

Experience:

  • Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.
  • Internship or organizational leadership experience is an advantage.
  • Experience in aviation or fast-paced industries is a plus.

Certifications:

  • Not required, but leadership or management-related certifications are an advantage.

Language Requirements:

  • Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia is required.
  • Good command of English (written and spoken) is essential.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong analytical and presentation skills.

2. Management Trainee Legal

Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree of law from reputable University
  • Minimum 1 Year work experience
  • Good skill in making and analyzing company contracts
  • Able to handle company documents and permits
  • Good ability in handling legal issues, both civil and criminal
  • be mindful and have discretion with sensitive information
  • Ability to communicate in written and spoken English
  • Willing to be placed throughout Indonesia
  • Flexible in terms of working hours

Responsibilities :

  • Working with the Legal team on all issue related to Legal, Law, and Regulations, including but not limited to internal and external stakeholders
  • Producing legal products needed and/or requested by the company
  • Act as an internal advisor for all staff related to legal matter
  • Any other assignment needed by the company

3. Management Trainee Finance (Specialized in Data Analyst)

Duties and Responsibilities :

Under the supervision of the Finance Manager, the MT Tax will be responsible for:

  • Managing and overseeing monthly and annual tax reporting, including PPh Masa and PPh Badan
  • Ensuring all tax filings are accurate, timely, and compliant with Indonesian regulations
  • Utilizing Coretax for tax calculation, reporting, and electronic submissions
  • Maintaining proper tax documentation and reconciliation reports
  • Operating Accurate accounting software for daily financial data entry and reporting
  • Coordinating with relevant departments and external tax authorities as needed
  • Monitoring changes in tax regulations and updating internal processes accordingly
  • Responding to audits and tax-related inquiries from government agencies
  • Performing additional finance-related tasks as assigned

Qualifications and Experience :

Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Accounting
  • Preferred: Degree in Taxation (Perpajakan)

Experience:

  • 1–2 years in tax or accounting roles

Licenses/Certificates:

  • Must hold Brevet A & B certification

Competencies:

  • Proficient in Coretax and Accurate accounting software
  • Deep understanding of PPh Masa and PPh Badan rules and reporting
  • Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail
  • Good communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
  • Able to work independently and handle sensitive data with discretion
  • Willingness to be based in Pangandaran and anywhere in Indonesia

4. Back End Developer

Duties and Responsibilities :

Under the supervision of the IT Manager, the Back End Developer will be responsible for:

  • Designing, developing, testing, and deploying backend services and APIs (NestJS).
  • Collaborating with the frontend team (Vue.js/Nuxt.js) to deliver integrated solutions.
  • Developing and optimizing database schemas, queries, and data models for SQL/NoSQL systems.
  • Integrating and maintaining third-party systems and APIs, including automation and file management (Google Drive API).
  • Creating and maintaining API documentation, code references, and technical processes.
  • Continuously improving codebase readability, scalability, performance, and error handling.
  • Supporting the IT team to ensure backend solutions meet business and operational needs.
  • Preparing and updating documentation for system processes to support maintainability and team knowledge sharing.

Qualifications and Experience :

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years in backend development.
  • Strong experience with JavaScript/TypeScript (NestJS is a strong plus).
  • Proven experience in REST API design, development, and integration.
  • Solid database knowledge in SQL (MySQL/PostgreSQL) and/or NoSQL, including schema design and optimization.
  • Experience with third-party integrations (e.g., payment solutions, travel agent, external APIs).
  • Familiarity with Nginx/Apache; exposure to GCP & Google Drive APIs is a plus.
  • Version control experience (Bitbucket/Git).
  • Experience leveraging AI tools (Copilot, ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.) is a strong advantage.

Certifications:

  • Not required, but backend development or cloud-related certifications are an advantage.

Language Requirements:

  • English proficiency is mandatory (CV must be in English).
  • Good command of Bahasa Indonesia is an advantage.

Technical Skills:

  • Strong proficiency in backend development using JavaScript/TypeScript.
  • Solid understanding of database design and optimization.
  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies quickly.
