1. Accountant Officer
Responsibilities:
- Preparing and maintaining accurate journal entries.
- Assisting in the preparation of basic financial reports such as Balance Sheets, Income Statements, and Cash Flow Statements.

Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Accounting.

Requirements:

Responsibilities:
- Perform accurate and timely journal entries
- Handle purchase matching: purchase requests, purchase orders, and invoices
- Conduct inventory stock opname and reconcile inventory records
- Perform reconciliation of AP data and inventory usage vs cost
- Assist in preparing and maintaining tax documentation
- Apply basic tax knowledge related to PPH 23, PPH 22, PPH Final, and PPN
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial data accuracy
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 1-2 years of relevant work experience in Accounting or Finance

- Hands-on experience in Accounts Payable (AP) processes
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis (SQL & Python)
- Ability to perform reconciliation of AP data using analytical tools

4. MT Legal
Responsibilities:
- Working with the Legal Team on all issues related to Legal, Law, and Regulations, including but not limited to internal and external stakeholders.
- Producing legal products needed and/or requested by the Company.
- Act as an internal advisor for all staff related to legal matter
- Any other assignment needed by the Company.
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree with GPA Minimum 3,5 from notable university
- Minimum 1-year work experience
- Good skill in making and analyzing company contracts
- Able to handle company documents and permits
- Good ability in handling legal issues, both civil and criminal
- Be mindful and have discretion with sensitive information

5. Back End Developer
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, test, and deploy backend services and APIs (NestJS) while collaborating with the frontend team (Vue.js/Nuxt.js)
- Develop and optimize database schemas, queries, and data models for SQL/NoSQL systems
- Integrate and maintain third-party systems/APIs and support automation & file management (Google Drive API)
- Create and maintain API documentation, code references, and technical processes for maintainability
- Continuously improve codebase readability, scalability, performance, and error handling
- Collaborate with the IT team to ensure backend solutions meet business and operational needs
- Prepare and update documentation for code, APIs, and system processes to support maintainability and team knowledge sharing
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of backend development
- Strong experience with JavaScript/TypeScript (NestJS is a strong plus)
- Proven experience in REST API design, development, and integration
- Solid database knowledge in SQL (MySQL/PostgreSQL) and/or NoSQL, including schema design and optimization
- Experience with third-party integrations (e.g., payment solutions, travel agent, external APIs) and version control using Bitbucket/Git
- Familiar with Nginx/Apache; exposure to GCP & Google Drive APIs is a plus
- Leverage Al tools (Copilot, ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.) to boost coding efficiency
- Ability to continuously learn new technologies and work effectively under tight deadlines
- English proficiency is mandatory (CV must be in English)
